Has anyone got much experience with this manufacturer (Devi.co.uk) either installation or repair/fault finding?

I've been asked to look at a few flats in a block that have problems with the electric underfloor heating. The systems consist of daytime heating controlled by Devireg 121 wall stats and a Devitime 301 electronic timer and off-peak heating controlled by a Devireg 710 controller which operates the load via a contactor.

In one of the flats the off peak doesnt work at all but I think that its the devireg 710 not sending out a voltage to activate the contactor, I managed to download a wiring diagram so I'll check it out more tomorrow (the units cost over £200 so I need to be 100% sure before I tell teh client that its faulty)

In another flat the tenant reports that one of the mcbs keeps tripping in the off peak board so I'm going to do an ins resistance test on the circuit, does anyone know anything about repairing damage to underfloor heating or is it a specialised job?

I would particularly like a wiring diagram and instructions for the Devitime 301 electroic timer as I cant find this on their website or anywhere else.

Heres hoping....

With regard to repairing the under floor heating i have successfully reapired WARM-UP heating cable.

You can get repair kits from the manufacturer all they specify is that there must only be a certain number of repairs per mat or cable and that it must be Ins res tested to confirm correct repair.
