I've read the threads and I think I understand the issues caused by a lost a blost neutral.

However I'm trying to get my head around why if you export PME from say DB1 to DB2 in remote location and then connect all extraneous conducting parts in the location of DB2 aren't you just extending the equipotential zone from the area of DB1 to include the the equipotential zone around DB2 thus creating one big happy interconnected equipotential zone.

Extraneous-c-ps at DB2 area must be bonded to the MET with the required csa for TNC-S.

If that can be done, then yes.
