One of my customers just read their meter and found it still has the same reading as the last bill. Old type of meter with the rotating disk. Disk not moving irrespective of the load applied.

Will she still get a bill when she reports it or will they work out some sort of average?

They hardly ever read them anyway, it will be averaged, then sorted when they do read it.

They are better off phoning them now to get it changed and sorted or they will get a massive bill when they eventually get round to it.

Who needs smart meters, just read the bl£$%^ things like they used to. We dont need any more expenditure as an excuse for ripping us off even more.

Lack of planning on your part doesn't make it an emergency on mine....

Report it and forget about it,

I think they can only back date it for 18 months, stick the money away just in case.

My meters been spinning backwards for over 2 years and they havent got a clue, and thats with me telling them the first day it noticed, 'after all im a simple customer i thought it was all fixed when the meter man visited the next time'

New here?
