Evening ,

Need a solution to installing ridge lighting in a conservatory ,

Will low voltage spots fit , depth i got is about 40 mm & thats pushing it .

Plus i need to get wiring around the conservatory , its a light brown conservatory ,

No way of installing cables in frame , Dodgy practice ?

Need brown joint boxes or boxes to connect roof vents as well .

Any Ideas

Brown capping may be the way to go ,

cheers

I think I would try to convince them to go with plug in lamps around the outside switched from a central switch at the door.

Suspended lighting raft with gimbal type spots ?

Classic wall lights either side of the entrance door with a few 5A lighting sockets as Gary above

Failing that, a few Jo Malones for atmospherics

You can buy half round profile woodgrain effect mini trunking if you need to - TLC amongst others stock it - try a google for "D Line" minitrunking

I used to carry tins of airfix paint when I did conservatories. It's amazing how you can make a length of YT2 blend in!

If you need downlights to go in huge 40mm void, try either Orlight who do an LED downlight about 28mm deep, or look at some kitchen under cabinet type lights.
