Hi guys, as heading says a shower with a head bowl in a hairdressers, still classed as a special location within the given 3 meters

If the "shower" isn't over a bath, fixed shower tray or equivalent wet-room equivalent, I'd say no. I.e. what you've got there is part of a shower system (a handset), not a complete showing facility. No lack of footwear, no nakedness. I'd treat it more like one of those "poodle washers" you see over expensive kitchen sinks.

And Vice Versa too.
If you install a water heater over a sink say and you are aware that some living creature will be bathed/showered in it then you would treat it as a special location
