The engineer that fitted a contractor switch in the rewired property that I fitted a consumer unit in on Friday morning said he was booked in all afternoon to fit a smart meter to a property.

Can you confuse them by using plug in time clocks at socket outlets to stop and start appliances and lights in a less predictable manner?
