Hi folks,

What are the regulations governing electrical cables, flexible conduit, transformers, drivers etc..not allowed to left on ceiling tiles?

Or if it's a case of the ceiling not being designed to take the weight of the electrical stuff, perhaps 515.1 ?

No,Andy, Its a Contractor trying to leave cables, transformers, drivers, switchgear etc without fitting pattresses, currently some of the electrical equipment are held up using plastic ty-wraps or left on the ceiling grid.

I have some pictures will upload them later . . .

How would this square with wiring and trannys in an inaccessible ceiling void?
