Hi a guy wants power in his shed. Well there is power there already but hes having it all updated. He has some spot welders and lathes, notjing heavy duty all is basic 13amp plug jobs but just wondered if these woukd trip a rcd under normal operation ? he has no rcd protection currently but his fuse board will be changed to include one shortly. Tha kyou

Don't know what the earthing arrangements are and how the sockets are wired, but RCD socket fronts wouldn't be a bad shout
