Can anybody recommend a 2kw (approx) wall mounted electric heater c/w thermostat and 2 hour push button timer, this is for a temp install but cant find a suitable unit (low cost would be good)
Portland Green has been mentioned but cant find them as heating suppliers.

Any assistance appreciated.

We probably need a bit more detail -

are you thinking of a fan, or convector or radiant heater?

are there any IP/IK requirements? (e.g. is it for outdoor - the push button makes me think of pub smoking areas)

can the thermostat/timer be mounted separately if required?

The detail provided is the detail on the specification!!
Basically its the temp installation of a staff room whilst they do renovation work, the room size is 3M x 3M x 2.4 ceiling height and they need to pop in for a cuppa and get the place warmed up quick sharp but not leave sub tropical all night.
A smaller heater would probably do the job especially as 20% of the room will be kitchen units etc

Hope thats a bit clearer, I had thought of putting a push button and a remote run on timer but it starts to get a bit silly for whats required.

Ah OK. Timer wise I was thinking of this kind of thing: http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Ma...r_Timers_2/index.html

- you could use an "ordinary" fan heater then - e.g. http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/DXFX20VL.html
