Does anyone have any data on a 1000A ACB Type B517 such as the fault current rating?

Not a reference I recognise John - what range is it from.
Generally speaking all Schneider (and previous MG) ACB's were minimum of 50kA fault rating. Regards OMS ------------------------- Failure is always an option |

OK - not one I know well John, I think we had a few on a couple of hospital sites - I see if I can find some legacy data on it.

50ka min is correct, but 3 levels of breaking capacity give you 70 and 150. (for 800, 1000 and 1250)

Our old MPACT units were 50kA max.
Our Schneider Masterpact NT ACBs started at 50kA and went up to 105kA. If you can post the manufacturer and type, I could look through my PTW database to see if there is any data in there. Kind regards Donald Lane |
