Well 3 years in prison for £370K
Probably 18 months with good behaviour.

Because the case did not involve violence or harm to others it is quite likely the department will look at this case after 6 months under the early release scheme and the remainder of his sentence could well be under a probation order.

And there's the main problem with the sentencing system, 3 years should mean 3 years. I can understand that they have to have some incentive to behave themselves whilst inside but I think time should be added on for bad behaviour, not the other way around!
