Hi all
Anyone fitted a replacement element to a 43983 Hob, the replacement element is different to the original element, new element has integral stat, CREDA will not advise how old pins compare to new pins.

Regards

Julian

'friad not. Is the new unit really the correct replacement? It seems odd that neither the instructions nor the manufacturer can say how to connect it.

If so it should be easy to identify the connections, the t/stat connections will read a dead short!
