Hi,
Would like to seek advice whether a flat slab over an underground depot structure at ground level would required lightning protection. The flat slab is also turf and from the hazard table calculation it does not seem to determine lightning protection is required. Thanks |

I'd probably agree it doesn't need protection, but knowledge of what it contains might influence that.
Equally, an understanding if the slab also has continuous connections to the walls and floor slabs may also be a part of that analysis - ie is it effectively a farady cage sitting in the ground regards OMS ------------------------- Failure is always an option |
