Hi
Im renewing my insurance at the moment but i am now doing ECIR's for rented houses, etc, and I am not sure what the insured sum should be Has anyone got any idea as my insurers didn't seem to be able to offer much advice Many thanks |

I think the norm for most schemes is £250K PI but that obviously can vary depending on what you doing.
My PLI is £5Million and my PI is £250K. Sure there is some additional cover like Financial loss etc at about £100K. |

My cover at the moment is 2 million PI, 10 million EL and 500k PI cover. On the schedule it say financial loss no covered What is it and do I need it? |
