Perhaps not! So same place as last year sounds favourite, not the 7th though as my provider of accommodation in Essex is coming to us for the weekend.

You could have done Andy, as it's my turn (as branch chair) to "invite" members and guests.

If I'm still in post next year which is possible, maybe we ought to have a "don't care which club you belong to" lunch.

The real plus of the ECA one is we manage to support it from branch funds so for £25 a head there's a good three courses plus plenty of refreshments

I told my wife I might like to go on this night and meet the boys and girls from the forum on the electricians night out (if I'm welcome).

I shall look forward to that and have already changed the diary to accommodate a night out in Essex in otherwise hectic times. I'll revise the required language by having a chat with OMS before then. But probably not by 19.00. That's a tad early for me.
