could i have thoughts regarding the following;
switched isolator fed from ryfield with 16mm tails backed up at source with 40amp bs 88-2 . then from switched isolator 1.5mm mineral 4core 3phase supply to lift room where a fused isolator is installed with 16amp motor rated fuses. Current carrying cap = 19amps Zs = 0.38 between phase and earth Q1 is fault protection afforded. Q2 is overload protection afforded. |

Given the sheath of mineral insulated is pretty chunky, L-N faults are likely to be more onerous in terms of fault protection than L-PE. What's the loop impedance L-N at the load end? - Andy. |
