Hi , please excuse my ignorance.

What would be the old BS number for an old mem glasgow 200amp main switch.

The switch is the main switch for the installation as it would be in thousands of installations but I cannot recall what to write in the EIC box for main switch under particulars of the installation.

Advice please.

Regards

I think it is probably BS 5419.

Or alternatively, BS EN 60947-3 - the Glasgow switch fuse or disconnector meets both the old and new standards if memory serves correctly
