Hello all,
A contractor has asked me to provide my health and safety document, 2 x risk assesments and 2 x method statements..and possibly other bits and pieces.. For the NIC I have a hand filled in H&S policy that you can get off there website but it dosent look very professional... Does anyone know of any free documents I can download, fill in, save, print etc? I could approach a company and get them to do it for me but I am very skint at the moment hence why I am trying to register with the contractor...anything else you can think of I might need? Ive got 5 million public liability insurance, NIC registration cert, copies of qualifications and asbestos awareness cert..I am a sole trader Thanks |
