Can I install a Wylex insulated Dual R.C.D. board on a T.T. without replacing the 100a. main switch for a 100mA. type S

You don't need the 100m/a rcd if you're fitting a dual 30m/a rcd board,

Assuming, of course, that the "tails" are local and not 100m down the road, such as on a typical farm installation. Then you do not need a 100mA S type RCD.

If the "tails" were remote, then the "tails" would need overcurrent protection and RCD protection; S type being a very good idea.
