At the very least I suspect that they would want a fee - but why not give them a ring - if they dont know no one will.

Wylexman may be already on the list as one of the electricians that has been assessed. I thought NAPIT assessed everyone and didnt operate the NICEIC QS system.

All of the competent person schemes have to operate a QS scheme as it is an EAS requirement.

I would say there is no reason why you cannot purchase the company but is the company NAPIT registered or is the individual NAPIT registered.? If the company has the registration the sparks could be the QS in which case you will own a NAPIT registered company.
