Hi guys , I am currently working on industrial Unit Refurbishments and warehouse areas with toilets. There are Disabled Toilets and the height of Switches etc comply with Part M. In other areas does Part M need to be adhered to, in just supplying lighting and minimum amount of sockets.A basic setup, then as they are let the tenant can add to the installation for there requirements. Thanks Guys in advance!

Put it this way, in areas where disabled people are likely to work and use services the information contained in the Approved Documents i.e. for Part M (heights of accessories) will satisfy most risk assessments to achieve compliance with the Disabled Discrimination Act.
