can you turn on your PMs? I'm trying to find another electrician local to me - I need someone to cover a very small job in Great Missenden on the 27th November |

Only just seen that Sparkx, I didn't know it was off but managed to send you one with a number. let me know if you don't get it.

Choose "profile" then "personal options", then set "Receive Private Messages" to On.

I think last time the forum was updated the default setting for pm's was set to off, so anyone who has not reset it will not be able to receive pm's.

must be randon as mine used to be on as i had recieved pm's ok but when i checked yesterday it was off.

I have just checked my inbox & deleted mail for November and there is nothing there from you, unless you are a 21 year female old from an eastern European country wanting my body!!!
I did have an issue with my card site mail at the very beginning of November when it was launched but I'm getting mail through on that fine now. OK, I found it thank you. I think it has been on all the time, the box has a dot in it, so it might be broken. But my light bulb is not on and I don't see a PM button on my own posts.....but then I know I'm logged on and I don't want to send myself a private message because I'd fall down bored.
