I wouldn't worry about it to be honest - if you can use the book to look up the questions then you won't fail. It's multiple choice and (too) easy.

How long does it take from the time you take the test to getting any certificates or card

You'll get your results immediately - it's a computer-based test. I think my certificate for the 17th update took around 3 weeks as far as I can recall.

Try Google - there are several training providers websites that have 2382 simulators on them.

As others have said - it's far too easy - if you get less than 90% you should be ashamed.

As stureid said, the only real delay in getting the results to the delegate is logging back into the server to see them!

Formal C&G certificates taking about 2 weeks these days - sometimes arrive within a week of the exam...
