Agree, a powerful warning against the dangers of over familiarity or taking short cuts.
Although the incident was obviously faked for filming purposes, presumably the implication is that the damaged cable was dead when tested but was rendered live by the replacement of the pole mounted fuse ?

Or were one or two phases of the damaged cable live all the time ? It looked to me as though the engineer only tested one phase, not all three.
