I am leaving the RAF after 13 years as an electrical technician, I start a course on Monday through CTP, Electrical Installation Incorporating Part which gives me the following quals, ECS Health & Safety - JIB
CITB Electrical Installation Level A Full Scope
17th Edition C&G 2382-12.
Initial Verification and Certification of Electrical Installations. C&G 2394, and
Building Regulations C&G 2393.
I also already have an advanced moden apprenticeship in engineering which includes BTEC in engineering and an NVQ level 3 in engineering maintenance (communication electronics). So my main question is will I be qualified and certified to be a domestic electrician, if not what else do I need. I am intending on doing the C&G 2395 after these aswell. I am also after some advice if its possible, I am also looking at continueing on to be a full comercial and industrial electrician I have heard the only way to do this is by completing the C&G 2365, is this correct or do I need any other quals.
P.S Is anybody employing :-p

Hope to hear back from people soon.

Kind regards

Hi, hope to be of help.
Your post confuses me a little. Some of the C&G numbers don't seem quite right. (the 2365 is a L2 entry type qual). If you PM me with your email or phone I'll contact you and we can have a chat about it. Don't waste money on "zero to hero" electricians courses please.
I've no idea where you are so am not touting for business, just happy to advise if I can.
