I'm a second year apprentice just starting my mechanical BTEC.
One of the questions is as follows for my assignment: 5. Provide comprehensive reasons to justify your choice of lubricant and lubrication system for the aero engines fitted to the new A380 Airbus super Jumbo aircraft. Include neat and detailed drawings of your system and its components to help explain your reasoning. I'm struggling to find any schematic or diagrams in relation to the Turbofan Engines - Trent 900 engines lubrication system that is used. Anyone who has any knowledge or might know a source I could use for information would be extremely welcome. Thanks Sam |

I thought that at first, the different viscosity of the oil used determines the different temperatures it can withstand, but then it does ask for technical drawings/diagrams and a list of components.
