The Government of India has formulated a policy to harness nuclear energy to meet the growing energy demands. Keeping this in mind, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies has collaborated with University of Waterloo, Canada to launch its international program.Course commences on 3rd August 2009. This program is a joint Indo-Canadian initiative and will help train power industry professionals to upgrade their skills enabling a smooth rehabilitation in the emerging nuclear power segment.
