54 ohms ZE reading in flat in Battersea, call supplier, they trun up, test and agree, then pull fuses for 2 flats, then tell owner they have to pay for new supply cable to property, as it has an earth fault. Supplier wants a lot of money for job. I said it's your cable you repair or replace, they have walked away. Have had to put Earth rod in and leave as TT until issue resolved. Anyone know the law/ regulations on this?
