Working at height

A health and safety briefing provided by the IET.

All employers are required to comply with the Working at Height Regulations 2005 as amended in 2007.

They require employers to have arrangements for managing the risks to employees from working at height.

The new regulations apply regardless of the height at which the work is carried out and include work at or below ground level, if it is possible to fall from the place of work to a lower level.
