This document was produced for the second IET policy meeting held at the House of Lords in 2010 on communications issues. It contains summaries on a number of issues facing communications technology, such as smart metering, availability of communications, and television broadcasting and IPTV.
These summaries were used as part of a discussion at the House of Lords to inform key members of parliament.
