About this event

The System Control Centre (SCC) is the operation nerve centre of Hong Kong's largest electricity supplier, CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (CLP Power).  Located in Strafford House, Tai Po, and managed by the System Operation Department of the Power Systems Business Group, it is one of the world's most advanced power system control centres. Working closely with other operational units within CLP Power and regional counterparts, SCC plays a key role in delivering an electricity supply to customers that is more than 99.99% reliable.

The aim of the visit is to introduce the functions and facilities of the System Control Centre.
