About this event

This 12 turbine, 24MW wind farm at the Long Mountain site near Dunloy has been owned by Energia since 2013. We will be provided with a behind the scenes view of how these huge machines are powering our grid.
With a tip height of 100m on each turbine, the wind farm generates enough renewable energy equivalent to the annual needs of 13,420 households.
Free event- Pre-registration is required, numbers are limited for health and safety reasons.
