About this event

Based upon cloud-computing, IOT (Internet of Things), Cognitive Computing and Cyber-physical systems, Industry 4.0 will see distributed and interconnected manufacturing driven by A.I. systems - potentially around the world.The risk of such networks being attacked by cyber-terrorists is real. The results could be more devastating than those we have seen to date. The presentations will give a brief summary on Industry 4.0 followed by an overview of current cyber security technologies. The final section will highlight some of the safeguards being developed to protect this new technology.
