ADM is an American company and is one of the Worlds largest agricultural and ingredients businesses with more than 32,000 employees worldwide. ADM Milling UK has 7 flour mills across the country.

The flour mill based in Edinburgh is the largest flour mill in the group, processing 25 Tonnes of wheat per hour into flour. It produces a wide range of flours for many of the UK’s biggest bakery brands.
During the tour you will see a very lean highly automated operation. The lean philosophy extends to our maintenance practices and methodologies as well, we are a strong believer in condition monitoring and reliability is one of our key drivers for success.
