About this event

The success of a Design & Build (D&B) project depends on various factors including good strategies in design, planning, coordination and control of various tasks that is no doubt playing an important role for the Project Manager, Engineers as well as all its stockholders. Directing and coordinating human and material resources throughout the life of a project by using modern management tools and techniques to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality and participating objectives is a challenging task.

Ir Dr Barry Lee, with decades of working experiences in project management, is an expertise with lots of practical skills in managing D&B projects. Through the seminar, he will share his insights, experiences and tips in project management. Besides, some real examples including the Expansion of Tai Po Water Treatment Works, Development of Organic Waste Treatment Facilities Phase I, and Upgrading of Pillar Point Sludge Treatment Works will be discussed in the seminar.
