About this event

Kevin Bessell CEng MIET

Lead Engineer – Human Factors

Who are we designing for? This question is central to the development of any system and yet the user is often neglected throughout the design process. Even where there is no obvious ‘user’, human-related concerns may still need to be addressed when considering how the system will be maintained, or integrated into the wider system of systems. The discipline of Ergonomics and Human Factors provides ‘The Missing Link’ between engineers and end users.
