About this event

Speaker: Mark Green, Industry Technology Specialist, Intel Corporation

Mark will outline the current state-of-the-art technologies and explain their role in optimizing workload productivity.

Moore’s Law continues to play out and the silicon industry integrates more capability into computing devices with ever-increasing ubiquity.

While in the early days of computing, the focus was about driving up speed to enable more to be done in a given time; but only along fixed vectors of functionality. (By a limited class of computing device). Today and tomorrow we move into a world where technology enables services and richer experiences but physical devices become less visible. The generation, communication, storage and analysis of data along with the utilisation of data insight all drive the virtuous cycle of growth.

Mark will be discussing the technologies which will enable, steer and define the services which will shape the coming world.
