About this event

The region has some of Britain's largest energy users with heavy engineering and chemical plants. Carbon free generation in the region has led the way with the first nuclear power station at Calder Hall and now the green energy revolution continues with world leading wave, tidal, wind solar and Biomass schemes all coming on stream
