About this event

Speakers: John Lorriman, Stephen Gergely, Adrian Pauling, Graham Prebble, Duncan Whittle

The evening will cover in detail the requirements for professional registration, mainly concentrating on CEng and IEng. Please download and circulate the poster.

The process will be explained and it will be shown that the form filling is not as daunting as some people may think.

The second part of the evening will give ideas on how to compile and produce the “evidence of competence”, focusing on the need for all to keep records. 

 At the close of the formal talks there will be an opportunity for individuals to discuss their particular case with the advisors.


T&C and light buffet at 6:00pm for the workshop at 6:30pm.

Reasons to attend

The evening is suitable for all who have started on the path to obtain professional engineering qualifications. 

 Those who have graduated in the last one or two years will find it beneficial to attend and get an early feel of what is required.

Anyone wishing to discuss their own particular case is strongly recommended to prepare a draft of their application.
