About this event

Ottawa PEO Chapter with the support of OSPE has challenged the engineers and students in Ottawa to innovate an economic and environmentally friendly solution to eliminate the high carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere. The current approach is to reduce the carbon dioxide emission, but this will not eliminate the carbon dioxide already present in the atmosphere which is currently at 400 ppm. The competitors will present their viable solutions to a panel of judges in a meeting on May 25th. The judges will select the top three contestants with the best viable proposals. The first prize is $500, the second prize $250, and the third prize $100, each of which includes a one year free membership to Startup Canada and OSPE.
