David Madden, Heritage Railway Association, CEO Wattrain

David’s lecture follows his career with British Railways through railways preservation on the North Norfolk Railway, both as a volunteer and its General Manager. He spent 40 years as a director of the Heritage Railways Association which represents preserved railways in the UK and Ireland. In later life he became a consultant for heritage railways not only in the UK but in many countries
