About this event

Mediation has gained its popularity in Hong Kong since the Civil Justice Reform (CJR) in 2009. Mediation is a kind of alternative dispute resolution, which provides a flexible and efficient way to resolve disputes as compared with civil litigation in the Court. In this seminar, the basic concepts of mediation will be introduced. Also, the practical mediation skills in general engineering management will be shared.
