Railway and Transport Section (RTS) arranged an overseas technical visit to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore for delegates who interested the latest developments in railway and highway industries in Asia region.


During the visit, participants could understand the exclusive mega-size metro, light rail and highway development projects at Malaysia and Singapore by local organizations, including Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT), Rapid KL, KL Monorail, Land Transport Authority (LTA), SBS Transit and Sentosa Development Corporation.

Furthermore experience sharing sessions and networking events would be held during the visit, as well as the delegates could enjoy the leisure time at the world class attractions – Sentosa.


• Assembly details would be advised upon confirmation of application.
• A non-refundable deposit of HK$ 1,000 will be payable upon confirmation of enrollment.
• Limited return flight ticket with extension to 22nd September available for first-come first-served. Please indicate if applicant intent to stay behind the trip.
• All participants should provide their full names as shown on the passports and ensure their travel documents are acceptable for entering Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
• Members must purchase travel insurance to suit their own needs.
