About this event

A talk to inspire, debate and challenge the current status quo. The Industrial site of Handbridge (Treboeth) is presented in the context centered on the former Chester Hydro-electric station. The balance of historical, environmental, social and financial challenges is presented within this key project attempting to achieve sustainable conservation in re-developing the one largest low head hydro-electric potential sites in England Vs the regulations.'
