About this event

How Telecoms networks move data round the network & the world. The talk will cover:
  • Understanding how the core of the network is connected – the underlying motorways and access roads
  • How Ciena make this work
  • What’s next?  Scaling to Terabit and beyond

Wade (Tex) Bennett is Consulting Engineer at Ciena, where he is responsible for design of networks to customer requirements.  He has been with Ciena for 8 years, after 11 years working in Optical Transmission with BT.
