About this event

“MMU Business School is one of the finest and most environmentally sustainable academic buildings in the UK today. As well as being a stunning addition to Manchester’s contemporary cityscape, the building has strong environmental credentials. It was designed by award winning sustainable architectural practice Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and has been constructed to the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainable development currently achievable.”

This technical tour consists of a lecture and a technical tour of the new Business School building at Manchester Metropolitan University. This is a great opportunity to learn about the built environment aspects of the brand new £75 million building which opened in 2012.

Simon Doody from Fielden Clegg Architects will be giving a talk and answer any questions during the Q&A session. This will follow by a technical tour at the business school building by Connor McAlorum from Capital Projects.
