Any young engineers fancy themselves as an after dinner speaker? Some greats started presenting to small groups.

About this event

An opportunity for up to 8 young engineers and students aged between 18 and 26 to present to a small audience and also an opportunity for the audience to watch and question the views of the next generation of engineers.

Each presentation lasts for fifteen minutes including questions.  There are prizes of £150 and £100 for 1st and 2nd places and a years IET membership.  The winner of the local competition can progress through further rounds to the global final with a prize of £1000.
