About this event

This talk will describe the massive operational planning exercise to get Vulcans to the Falklands using multiple refuelling on the way. The mission was Operation Black Buck. Ray asks - was it worth the effort and risks? He will discuss the problems encountered in using aircraft that were 30 years old and nearly obsolete.
