About this event

The workshop uses a video simulation.
  • The “Crisis Command” video is set up with three selected participants teams
  • They are gathered in the CRISIS COMMAND CENTER and act as cabinet ministers of the government.
  • Over 1 ½ hours, the three participant teams receive a series of serious “crisis-management situations”.
  • The Crisis Commanders must decide what action should be taken in response to the crisis.
  • The three Crisis Commanders must respond to the developing crisis by enacting one of the prescribed options presented and at each stage.
  • At each stage they are told the results of their actions and what the effect is.
