Protection of intellectual property can be a very useful tool for keeping businesses competitive, but knowing where to start can be extremely daunting. Withers & Rogers will give a talk providing practical advice on ways of promoting invention generation, how to document developments, ways to identify ideas for patenting, and issues to consider when embarking on a new project. The talk will cover different approaches to suit the needs of different businesses and provide attendees with simple tools to take away and implement in the workplace
